Study: Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates analysis of MODE-K SubAa272 and control cells genes expression

We performed the bulk RNA seq on the MODE-K SubAa272 and Control stable cell line and found the different genes expression in the setting of SubAa272 caused ER stress. Overall design: The RNA were extracted from 1x10^6 MODE-K SubAa272 and Control stable cells by RNeasy Plus Mini Kit(Qiagen,74134). Then Library preparation and transcriptome sequencing on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform were performed by Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd. to generate 150-bp paired-end reads.
